It was still overall a pleasant experience; handling of groups could still be improved though

It was clean, welcoming

The lifts and the meals! Because we attended a retreat as well, and when 300 people are heading up/down at the same time the waiting time could be long. Same with the meals, there doesn’t seem to be enough, replenishing the buffet took a loong time (or not at all)

The breakfast buffet was excellent, alot of varieties to choose. Excellent.

The lunch was not to expectations, the fish was no well down can get the fishy smell . Actually friendly speaking my wife throw out once reach the room . But anyway overall experience was excellent. Thank you.

Great service at Wyndham Panbil Hotel

The bed is really comfortable and huge. We got the lake view, it's really awesome and you can see sunrise in the morning! The staff all were really friendly and helpful. We couldn't or rather we didn't know how to turn on the tv, we called the housekeeping and immediately a staff came to our room to assist with the remote control. The breakfast spread was awesome. There was a good variety of food and the food was really tasty. We booked 3 rooms but when we checked in, only 1 room was ready. When the other 2 rooms were ready, the staff came to our room to give us the keys to the other 2 rooms, we didn't have to go down to the front desk to collect the keys. That's great service definitely!!

Excellent lake view. Ok breakfast. Walk is a bit thin so light sleeper should prepare earplug just in case. It near Panb

The lake view is very nice

Breakfast has so much variety but may be if reduce to less variety and more quality would be excellent. More schedule of shuttle service would be nice.

Good

The staff were very nice and were definitely a highlight of the hotel. The spa is amazing, the pool is decent too. The rooms are great and the hotel itself is beautiful. They also have a gym which is well equipped.

The food was really bad, I had beef brisket at the pool side bar and there was a smell of bad fish off it, it was inedible. The roof top restaurant was a disaster. The food was similar to that of airline food along with a live band playing so loudly I couldn't hear my partner speak so we just left and went back to our room. It's supposed to be a restaurant in a 5 star hotel, the music should be in the background and not blasting in your ears. I've stayed in hotels that are 2 and 3 star and the food has been great. This can't be acceptable in a renowned 5 star hotel. But the breakfast in the morning on the ground floor was pretty good. If they could improve this aspect of the hotel then they would be the best on the island.

Very specious room and view from room was nice. very worm welcoming staffs. very helpful. Breakfast was also very good. Surrounding area was very green.

Despite keeping water bottle, they have put water dispenser instead. while filling glass plenty of water spill out on floor and kind of making floor messy.

Sehr gut

Das Zimmer war groß und das Bett war sehr bequem und hatte genug Platz für Zwei. Frühstück war zwar ausreichend, aber man sollte nicht zu spät kommen, weil vieles aufgrund vieler Gäste schnell ausgegangen ist. Um Nachschub zu haben, musste man es beim Personal melden. Der Pool war schön und man hatte ein schönes Spa mit toller Massage, Kosmetik und einem Friseur. Es gab einige Möglichkeiten, um gut essen zu gehen. Besonders das Restaurant (italienisch) im 15 . Stock war sehr gut mit einer tollen Aussicht. Wir wollen wieder kommen

Die Sauna war leider nicht zu heiss.

Very Good

Good hotel, very well located, employees are very kind and helpful, breakfast is good with lost of variety convenient for all tastes, but some ready-made meals are not hot enough.

A point of improvement, as I've been in this hotel quite regularly these last 2 years and this point is still not good : the hotel management displays the environmental policy in the bathroom and it is not applied by the cleaning room staff, hanged bath towel are replaced every day !

Le personnel au top. La chambre était confortable (nous avons été upgradé), malgrés quelques problèmes.

Un bar rooftop très bruyant, avec la circulation d'un côté, et une famille jouant avec le clavier et les micros dans la salle sans que personne ne leur demande d'arrêter. Une fuite d'eau importante était présente dans notre chambre (proche fenêtre), à cause de la pluie. Le téléphone ne marchait pas correctement. L'emplacement est central, mais un peu loin de tout.

Good and peaceful stay

The hotel is not new to me as my friends and myself have stayed here before. Clean and easily accessible

Breakfast, this time I didn’t really fancy the food. Though they had a good variety but found them cold and similar. Maybe they should consider keeping the food warm with burners

I inadvertently booked a smoking room and when i arrived at 5pm local time was surprised i made a mistake. At the time of booking i did indicted at the special request for high and non smoking floor. However, them reserved a smoking room and cant change becoz it is full. The duty manager was ver patient and i upgraded to the Executive suite by tooping the difference. Ms Futri was very polite and patient at the while. Well done

Not enough food for breakfast at 9am when we came down. Should hve prepared in advance knowing that the hotel is fulll and all guests are entitled to breakfast.
